Hibbing, Minnesota. You may ask why did I take pictures of this town out of all the ones we pass through along the 1000+ miles that we rode that week. Your guess is as good as mine. Because it was there and I wanted something to remember ages hence from now! For those of you who don't know ( I was one of ya), Hibbing is a big iron mine that was big back in the early 20th century. The 'big" pit is just that a big hole in the earth where the miners took the iron from. I would like to go back sometime in the summer just see what it's like.
